I’ve read Aretha’s Biography years ago in a book I still have. So insightful. Also have scores of music arrangements of Aretha’s work.
Grew up on her fondly and loved her sense of humour and sassy wit. Definitely an impressionable masterclass act in the veins of Picasso and Leonardo Di Vinci.
