When I was 21, I tore my larynx. They said I’ll never sing again. Ever since my impeccable, beautiful tone and outstanding wide vocal range was forever compared and deemed a shadow of it’s self by the critics. I was one of them, too. The cruel mental mind games had begun.

This made me feel vulnerable, vocal shy, and withdraw from performing so much that I lost confidence in my own stella abilities and vocal talents.

I since then turned more and more to songwriting to over compensate. I do enjoy writing too, thou, I’ve missed great singing too. So I revisted me, in this workshop with Natalie, to take back those years.

This was a lot of fun. Enjoy. Please ignore all the mistakes. It’s a workshop and meant to be vulnerable, risky, experimental and endearing, for growth.

I learned so much from this experience. It taught me much about, vulnerability, trust, self control and letting go despite a broken arm I suffered on route to the same workshop the upper week which landed me in AE and a sling. It’s amazing what, determination, pain killers and adrenaline can do.

My my. Natalie is incredibly gifted and kind. She should be paid more than a million bucks a day for her talents. I’m moved. Thank you ♥️🌹

Beware of double agents, fake allies, jealous friends, projecting conflicted self-haters, saboteurs and plants in your circles sent to confuse you and spy on your business, ideas or progress.

Especially, some of those church ones who hide behind organised religions and religious idioms with neferous pysop agendas.

Not knocking off good God fearing one’s that are leggit. But how do you know? Not everyone who is with you is for you. I saw them all in 2020.

Those excessively nice leaches. Passive aggressive narcissists, bullies and sociopaths sent to you to run you under. Infiltrators, users, liars, abusers, professional cons, accusers and manipulators. Call the scribes. He who has ears, let him listen.

Pray them out of existence. Clear out your friends list. I don’t care if they are gay or straight, black or white. Don’t live your life in distress.

Anyone trying to put you down is already beneath you. Thieves don’t break into empty houses. Know your worth. This is the truth. The truth is in love. God is love.

Merry Christmas. May your Christmas Merry and May your New year over take them. I am covered by the blood of the lamb.

They will find a way to hold grudges, out of envy or jealousy, or stir conflicts, and insult your charity. I am so over done.

I experienced this in a biblical mammoth way in 2014.

I will never forget. The person who perpetuated these abohorrent sociopathic & nacarsisstic lies about me; professionally, died miserably, shortly after.

And, that’s not the only one, who God had dealt with, before over me, and will not be, the last.

To be left in the hands of God is a dangerous place to be. God speaks to me. This much, I know. Done with high maintenance relations.

God is real and an on time God. Here’s my advice. Don’t let them block your portal of creativity with negative misinformation.

My friends are true. They epitomize love. They radiate joy. They share. They care. They light the world with all these beautiful things that only love can endure. Everyone needs that

Abraham the father of faith; friend of God; was busy collecting whores, and fathering children with them – ‘Ketura’, and still claiming grace with his wife Sarah.

I’ve noticed some folks have a negative tongue. They think it’s their God given duty to harm others with it.

I’m here to report back to sender. You don’t. Grandiose delusions has imparted your rationality and free thoughts. It left you with an absence of substance – dear charlatan.

A self projection from your self righteous mental slavery, dogmatised – indoctrinated mindset; does not give you licence to witch hunt.

I’m epic and I don’t caviar with mediocrity; or basic people. So, don’t come for me if I don’t come for you.

There’s a side walk. Keep to it. The highway will run you over literally if you keep messing where you should not be; that was made for fast cars on purpose to the glory of love!

Unfortunately for the devil, he didn’t give it to me, so, he can’t take it from me. God elevated me. No demon can pull me down.

The church has lost its moral high ground in all honesty. The stench of its hypocrisy from slavery to anarchy and self righteousness lingers like a bad drawn out joke that never lands. It’s tragic!

I liken their sanctimonious religious occults to a man who rapes a girl and blames it on her; because she wore a mini skirt. Really. That insidious.
Now. I don’t need the Pope to find God. That’s what the Holy Spirit is there for.

Self righteous people sound like a walking contradiction to me who can’t practise what they preach.
