Over time, my views have become less about fixed labels and more about understanding context and impact. I’ve moved away from rigid positions and towards asking better questions, listening more carefully, and recognising that most issues are complex rather than binary. Experience has taught me to value nuance, evidence, and empathy over ideology, and to focus on outcomes rather than argument.
The power of “I am sorry” is often underestimated. This simple sentence holds tremendous therapeutic value and can prevent unnecessary conflicts and even save lives. Many troubles in relationships and homes are prolonged because individuals are too proud to say “I am sorry.” Egos prevent spouses from apologizing to each other, and friends refuse to be the first to utter those words.
In our society, saying “I am sorry” is often seen as a sign of weakness or foolishness. It is a sad reality that curses are easily unleashed while apologies are hard to come by. This is particularly true in Africa, where saying “I am sorry” can be tougher than forcing a donkey through a needle hole.
We are all victims of this reluctance to apologize. We have lost valuable assets, money, and even lives because we fail to say those two simple words. Yet, saying “I am sorry” only requires a breath of speech.
Have you ever wondered why domestic violence is less prevalent in the Western world? It is because they understand the power of apologizing. Husbands, wives, and children say “I am sorry” to each other when they make mistakes, and life goes on harmoniously.
Let us cultivate the habit of saying “I am sorry,” even if we believe we are right. It may be difficult, but it is an affordable gesture that can mend relationships and bring peace.

My first ever audition at 21. A major audition. God told me to decline the contract which I disobeyed, but heavily paid for by ripping my larynx in a week. It took me over a decade to recover.
Praise be. I am almost there and have picked up more new blessings along the way (Songwriting) but the price was a high one. My world class beautiful golden voice.

When I was 21, I tore my larynx. They said I’ll never sing again. Ever since my impeccable, beautiful tone and outstanding wide vocal range was forever compared and deemed a shadow of it’s self by the critics. I was one of them, too. The cruel mental mind games had begun.
This made me feel vulnerable, vocal shy, and withdraw from performing so much that I lost confidence in my own stella abilities and vocal talents.
I since then turned more and more to songwriting to over compensate. I do enjoy writing too, thou, I’ve missed great singing too. So I revisted me, in this workshop with Natalie, to take back those years.
This was a lot of fun. Enjoy. Please ignore all the mistakes. It’s a workshop and meant to be vulnerable, risky, experimental and endearing, for growth.
I learned so much from this experience. It taught me much about, vulnerability, trust, self control and letting go despite a broken arm I suffered on route to the same workshop the upper week which landed me in AE and a sling. It’s amazing what, determination, pain killers and adrenaline can do.
My my. Natalie is incredibly gifted and kind. She should be paid more than a million bucks a day for her talents. I’m moved. Thank you ♥️🌹

Hypocrisy and Religion have been walking side by side since the dawn of man. You won’t find it just in politics. But then again, who said Religion is not Politics?
The line between religion and hypocrisy has been blurred since the dawn of man!
The more I look at humanity, the more I see how beautiful we are, as ugly as we are!
I was looking for myself in other people until I found myself, in myself. That’s when I let go of the manipulation, from all the manipulators, and all the gaslighters; to truly free myself, indeed, from that hypocrisy 🎤🎶⚠️.
When frenemies can’t manipulate you, they result to mud slinging dirty tactics.
Unfortunately, I out class them in that dept with too much uniqueness, wit, charisma & talent to be rolling in the mud with their self hate, 6 inches, below the gutters ..’

Pray them out of existence. Clear out your friends list. I don’t care if they are gay or straight, black or white. Don’t live your life in distress.
