Blues is the mother of jazz. From Free Jazz to Swing. No one can tell me how to sing blues. My ancestors owned that sh*t. Appropriate it all you like.

Ignorants blaming singers singing off. What about the other musicians playing out of tune. Not playing in the singers key?

Some Europeans carrying on about jazz make me laugh when they act as if it’s their legacy and not black origin music. That’s a blues for you to note.
